Campions Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing lettings and sales groups, has made another acquisition,

Campions remains relatively low profile in the lettings industry but since being established in 2023, it’s operated the Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Retirement Homesearch, Campions Lettings & Management and Aston Chas brands.

Now it’s expanded further through the acquisition of Battersea & Nine Elms Estates.

A statement says the move is part of the group’s strategy to expand “a high-quality, service-led portfolio across the capital and surrounding areas.”

Founded in the heart of the Nine Elms regeneration area, Battersea & Nine Elms Estates – which will retain its own brand – operates across the South West London market, particularly within Battersea Power Station and the wider Nine Elms regeneration zone.

Richard Davies, director of UK operations at Campions, says: “Battersea & Nine Elms Estates is a highly respected business with deep roots in one of London’s most dynamic residential markets.

“The acquisition further strengthens Campions’ presence across South West London and supports our long-term strategy of partnering with high-quality, entrepreneurial agencies that share our customer-focused approach.”

The acquisition comes shortly after Campions expanded further into the prime London market through its acquisition of Aston Chase, the luxury estate agency specialising in North West and Central London neighbourhoods including St John’s Wood, Marylebone, Regent’s Park, Hampstead and Maida Vale.
