High profile London agency Dexters has announced an acquisition.
It’s snapped up Fraser & Co, which has four offices in London and one in Hong Kong.
The deal brings Dexter’s headcount to 2,400 across more than 180 offices in the capital.
It claims 50,000 landlords on its books and in its 2025 accounts it showed profits of £52m on £247m turnover.
In a statement this morning the firm describes itself as “the capital’s fastest-growing estate agent, delivering market-leading organic growth in both sales and lettings.”
The firm says this acquisition fuels a growth plan, and chief executive Ash Kashyap comments: “We are delighted to welcome Fraser & Co to Dexters.
“Over the last three decades, the agency has grown from a family-run business to establish themselves as a trusted and highly respected agency delivering outstanding service to prime property clients across the capital and internationally. We look forward to helping them deliver the next phase of growth.”
Founded in 1995, Fraser & Co has 30 staff and operates sales, new homes, lettings and property management.
It specialises in high-end homes and has offices in the West End, City & Shoreditch, Kew Bridge & Brentford and Colindale, with a property management team in Paddington.
