A major agency has appointed a new Head of Lettings in recognition of 20 years helping drive the success of the firm’s rental business.

Chestertons – now part of the fast-expanding Campions Group – has named Katinka Hill as Head of Lettings and in a statement the firm says this is “recognising her significant contribution to the business over almost two decades, and her role in driving the success of the company’s lettings operation across the capital.”

Hill joined Chestertons in 2007 and has held several senior leadership positions during her 19-year career with the business, including director of Fulham Road Lettings, area director for South West Lettings and most recently regional director for Central Lettings.

“Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues and support landlords and tenants across many of London’s most dynamic residential markets.

“The lettings sector continues to evolve, particularly following the introduction of the Renters Rights Act, and I look forward to working with our teams across London to help clients navigate these changes, build on our success and continue delivering the exceptional service that Chestertons is known for.”
