Independent lettings agency Roslea Properties has opened another office as part of what it calls ambitious growth plans.

Founded by Rachel Ewing in 2023, Roslea Properties has built a substantial lettings portfolio across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and Falkirk.

The agency has now expanded into sales, investment management and factor services.

The new office in Glasgow is described as a contemporary and considered environment where the firm can welcome clients and host bespoke events.

The investment coincides with the appointment of Craig Muirhead as director.

With a background in the energy sector spanning more than 15 years, Muirhead boasts extensive project management and interior design expertise.

Rachel Ewing says: “Roslea Properties was born from a passion to offer sales and rental opportunities differently, with our ethos firmly rooted in providing trusted, personalised and relaxed services.

“We never wanted to become a corporate agency. What is important to us is culture, community and client relationships.”

Roslea has partnered with Glasgow-based illustrator Nänni Pää to design its sales and lettings boards, alongside a range of marketing collateral.

The agency has also launched a free-to-use Design Directory on its website, showcasing independent businesses across the property, interiors, construction and creative sectors.
