The Guild of Property Professionals says over 100 member offices are on the shortlist for the 2026 ESTAS Awards.

The ESTAS honours estate and letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers based entirely on verified customer reviews submitted through its review platform. Reviews can only be completed at the end of a property transaction, and a rigorous verification process ensures the authenticity of every submission.

The regional and national winners will be announced at the prestigious ESTAS Awards Ceremony in London where over 1,000 of the UK’s leading property professionals are expected to gather to celebrate the industry’s top performers.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “We are incredibly proud to see so many Guild Member offices shortlisted for the 2026 ESTAS Awards.

“These shortlistings are a reflection of the exceptional customer service standards delivered by our Members every day and demonstrate the strength and professionalism of independent estate agencies across the UK.”
