An independent agency is marking a record year for its lettings department by reinvesting in a major expansion across Shropshire.
Berriman Eaton, which now manages more than 500 rental properties across its network, has invested £125,000 in expanding premises in Bridgnorth to become a dedicated lettings branch.
The move comes as activity in the region has increased by more than 50% in the past year, driven by rising demand for homes in Bridgnorth and the surrounding rural areas, as well as other towns such as Newport and Telford.
The new lettings department will be led by Harry Brueton, who has been promoted to head-up the operation following a successful career within the firm.
Andy Roberts, Managing Director, says: “Our lettings department has achieved fantastic growth over the past five years as landlords turn to trusted agents during these uncertain times.
“Shropshire is a real hotspot for us. The investment in a dedicated Bridgnorth lettings department reinforces our commitment to expansion in the area and, importantly, delivering a quality service on the doorstep.”
Berriman Easton also operates an off-market lettings service, working with professional sportspeople, high-net-worth clients and international tenants seeking privacy and bespoke support.
In addition to lettings, Berriman Eaton provides specialist advice on residential sales and purchases across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
