Letting agents are invited to attend the next Warwick District Landlord Forum on October 21 in Leamington Spa.
This event brings together around 100 landlords, letting agents and other professionals working in the private rented sector.
The afternoon will feature a programme of practical presentations with Paul Shamplina, of Landlord Action, presenting ‘Running a Successful Rental Business and the Tools You Need’, offering practical insight into running and managing a successful rental business.
Samantha Watkin from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will give an update on ‘The Renters’ Rights Act – Next Steps: What Every Landlord Needs to Know’.
Warwick council officers will also provide updates on the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), enforcement and Renters Rights Act offences.
A range of specialist companies will be exhibiting during the event, giving delegates the opportunity to speak directly to organisations providing services relevant to landlords, including property management, compliance and energy efficiency.
