Lomond’s acquisition activity continues with its purchase of the residential lettings and property management function of FHP Living, a Nottingham-based property agency.

The business – which has a strong residential lettings presence across Nottingham and West Bridgford and a growing student lettings element – will become part of John Shepherd, Lomond’s flagship brand in the region.

Founded in 2000, FHP Living began as a residential development advisory firm in Nottingham’s Lace Market before evolving into a full-service property agency offering sales, lettings and property management.

The business has built a strong local reputation, underpinned by a team of long-serving staff and a people-first approach that has earned the loyalty of clients across the region.

The acquisition brings FHP Living’s local brand strength and client relationships together with Lomond’s operational scale and infrastructure.  Nottingham remains a key strategic priority for Lomond, and the deal further extends John Shepherd’s sales and lettings presence across the East Midlands.

FHP Living will continue as a residential sales and development consultancy working out of the West Bridgford.

Paul Clarke, Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, comments: “FHP Living represents exactly the kind of business we seek to bring on board – business-minded, locally trusted and client-focused. Their ability to offer a wide range of property services in the Nottingham area, backed by strong client and staff loyalty, is a testament to the strength of their model.

“By combining their local expertise with the scale of John Shepherd and the wider Group, we’re creating a business that’s better equipped to support landlords through the sector’s ongoing regulatory evolution. I am looking forward to working with Luke and his incredible team to serve our Nottingham clients.”

David Hargreaves, Founding Director of FHP Living, adds:  “For more than 20 years, our focus has been on building meaningful relationships and delivering a service our clients can rely on. Joining John Shepherd and Lomond gives those clients and our team access to the resources and opportunities of a larger group, while keeping the local presence and trust we’ve built over two decades.”
