Not-for-profit accreditation service safeagent is hosting an online webinar for members to review the introduction of the Renters Rights Act.
The webinar, on Wednesday November 4 at 3pm, will be led by Henriques Griffiths Solicitors, which runs the safeagent Legal Helpline.
The webinar will also cover the new PRS database which is being rolled out region-by-region from December and over the following 12 months.
Also on the agenda is the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) compliance and sanctions.
Henriques Griffiths will also discuss agents’ questions about safeagent’s Renters Rights Act Legal Helpline.
