“Developers, landlords, freeholders and Right to Manage companies like the fact that we can provide them with a full block management service.

“We have lots of further exciting opportunities in the pipeline, but the priority is to continue delivering the best possible service to our existing clients while taking on new ones.”

Boydens’ managing director, Philip Boyden, adds: “We have been providing clients with block management services for more than 30 years with clients in major centres including Colchester, Chelmsford, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Sudbury and elsewhere.

“More recently, we have started to gain clients in London, and we are keen to continue developing our regional footprint.”
