Family agency Partridge Homes has appointed Katie Fisher as Property Manager, marking the third addition to its lettings team since May.

And to coincide, it’s reporting its strongest year for new rentals agreed since it began trading in 2007, agreeing some 40 new rentals last month.

Fisher brings experience from both healthcare and property sectors and her new role includes preparing inventories, carrying out property inspections and liaising with landlords and tenants.

Her work will support accurate recording of property condition, early identification of concerns and clear communication throughout tenancies.

Managing director Charlotte Partridge says: “[Our] growth has to be supported by investment in the right people. Katie is our third appointment to the lettings team since May, and each addition helps us maintain the personal service and attention to detail our landlords and tenants expect.

“Katie brings a great combination of organisation, experience and a warm approach to people. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”

The agency is also preparing to launch residential block management in January 2027.

The new service will build on its existing property management experience, with Nicola Hall bringing more than two decades of specialist experience from her previous role at Scanlans Property Management.
