Councils should pick up arears For landlords that can prove abpervious payment rental roll , no reason that benefits which have been awarded for housing are not paid to landlords to unable them to pay Mortage’s and commercial loans How where Iv waited for almost 2 years with no rent the Baliffs are due to change locks on the 5th Nov , Iv Been to court twice First judge defo ruled incorrectly he was already 11 months in rental arrears and had to wait For second trail date , awarded property back , but no Baliffs date due to Covid Finally Iv given Baliffs date he’s apparently moved but I simply can’t get my house house !! Whose repaying me , if it was a Reg Hoilday rental Business I’d if received a £10,000 non payable back grant ! Why are they sep rules it’s my full time job and I employ a full time member of staff ! Stop this Constant attack on landlords and support us for once

Landlords actually need help ! I was in court with a tenant week prior to lock down and awarded my property back , Iv not received a letter from the courts for 8 weeks now to inform me of the situation , he should of been evicted 6 weeks ago not no bailiff letter has arrived , so now he will be 14 months in arrears and possible longer ! Tenants know there is nothing we can do , if furlong is being paid surely 80per cent of rent must be payable , and the courts act of this start away if we are not paid! Where is the government help for us ! Iv paid huge taxes however we are treated like a second class citizens these days ! About time we received some respect instead of money grabbing people , Iv worked extremely hard to build my portfolio and Always worked full time also, I respect most of my tenants and work closely with them , this UC has been the worst thing for my tenants and myself the old system sitting with a advisers and us all understanding what’s happening was fabulous , I work mainly with vulnerable people, and Boris first speak did it we shall not be evicting anyone , Facebook was busy , we don’t have to pay our landlords !! Cheers whose payer our bank loans and buy to let Mortage’s and council tax for empty homes which were getting ready prior to this, Moan over Amanda

When do we get a break !! I was in court 17th March awarded my property back yet no paper work received from court and guess what I am told today they are leaving the eviction for another 3 months totalling 11 months if there isn’t a further extension !!! My awful teannt wins to stay in my property for nothing ! I was told today he has a property already around the corner that he sublets No law on our side !!

I took a tenant to court on Thursday prior to this the judge ruled in my favour and gave him 14 days notice , I haven't received any paper work back from the courts with his eviction date ! Tenant failed to show in court (2nd hearing as he lied and said he had paid me ! Judge asked for bank records which of course he failed to provide , in first hearing ! So what happens now 9 months in arrears I had a ruling in my favour and now tenants messaged me today telling to basically take a run and jump ! I’m beside myself what to do now ! Government should cover any arrears for notices that have already been applied for via courts , personally for any rental loss , I work at the bottom of the pile , Iv assisted taking food and essentials for my most needy tenants , but when I have 3 already served section 8 I’m at a loss now they will basically be living for a year by the time the courts rule rent free ! Help
