Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds has appointed Rendall & Rittner as managing agents.
They will work closely with the Paxton family – founders of the estate – to deliver a dedicated service to the 275-plus owners in the 550-acre residential nature reserve, where all the properties have to be treated as holiday homes.
There is also self-catering accommodation on the estate, offering ‘swallows and amazons’ holidays, plus a spa and country club.
Rendall & Rittner manage some 27,000 properties UK-wide, including the Royal Arsenal and St George Wharf developments in London.
