What is Homeppl and what does it do?
Homeppl is a tech for good business.

Our tech brings equality of opportunity to people and allows agents to safely transact with more renters. We do this by helping people demonstrate their true creditworthiness.

What services do you offer?

Our tenant referencing combines fraud detection tests, behavioural analysis and financial algorithms, as well as Open Banking data, to assess the true transactional ability of tenants from all over the world. All this allows agents to make safer, more informed decisions about their landlords’ tenants.

We're so confident in our technology that we offer a range of additional guarantees to protect agents, tenants and landlords.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

Our fraud tech is an amalgamation of data enrichment, behavioural analysis, and documents analysis, coupled with our own Open Banking algorithm. It gives us the ability to assess any person from anywhere around the world and keep our clients safe from fraud.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?
We want to help create a slightly better place for people to live in. If we can use our skills and talents to improve people’s well-being, even by a tiny bit, that’s pure satisfaction.

What qualities do you look for in colleagues?
They must be ambitious, data driven, and have a desire to make a positive meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Do you get bored easily?
No. I love diving deeper into figures, solving challenges and innovating.

Do you believe in luck?
I believe in making things happen and making one’s own luck.

What’s your favourite time of day?
6:45am - Rocket Yoga. I try to practice 4 times a week. It balances my body and mind, and helps me handle the daily chaos that is involved with founding and running a startup!

Where next?
Expanding within the rental market across Europe. We’ll then tap into new industries, such as due diligence on remote workers.

There’s a great amount of demand for our offering across the continent. So, I’m really excited to see the difference Homeppl can make to the lives of landlords, agencies and renters throughout Europe!
