Connells Group has acquired another independent lettings business - Cartwrights in Stafford.
The group says the purchase is in line with its plans to double the size of it lettings network by the end of the year and its aims to enter new lettings markets as well as expand on its presence in existing markets.
This latest addition means that Connells has opened more than 100 lettings branches in the last 18 months.
Cartwrights is an independent family owned and run business based in the centre of Stafford established over 20 years ago offering lettings and property management services which will be absorbed into the Connells Stafford branch.
“In 2013, we signalled our intention to double our lettings network, capitalising on the growth of the UK rental market, and bring our market leading proposition to more landlords, tenants and investors” says Connells Group acquisitions director Mike Rowley.
"We are open to new opportunities to acquire lettings business across the UK and keen to hear from business owners to discuss this further with us" he says.
