West Country chain Bradleys Estate Agents has acquired Premier Lettings, formerly situated in the Preston area of Paignton, Devon.
Premier had grown substantially in the past five years but agreed to the acquisition because of the increased legislation and regulation over the lettings sector.
Bradleys commercial director Lyndon Bent - who concluded the deal for an undisclosed amount, says: “We are really pleased to make this announcement and feel that we can help the clients of Premier Lettings move forward and at the same time protect their investments for the future.”
He continues: “I am currently seeking other similar acquisitions throughout the south west and hope to make further announcements in due course”.
