A new property management franchise operation, established late last year, is beefing up its training to cover GDPR, sales and marketing.
SDL Property Partners - part of the SDL Group, which includes Century 21 estate and letting agents - already runs a six day training course covering property management and running a business.
In addition the firm will run events and workshops throughout the year for franchisees to network and ‘top up’ training.
SDL Property Partners’ first franchisee, Emma Davey, says: “In the past six months I have been busy growing my business and I have taken time to plan handovers with SDL, where they offer training and support to help win new business.”
