New online training to help agents with 'complex legal environment'

The Residential Landlords Association (RLA) has this week launched a new Training Academy which aims to help landlords, agents and property professionals seeking additional support.

The academy will offer a range of online courses showcased on a custom-built system which offers interactive eLearning content to help those working in the rental sector deal with increased legal complexities.

There are three new course programmes, one of which is specifically aimed at letting agents. The other is aimed at landlords and there is one covering Houses in Multiple Occupation.

Agents will also have the opportunity to buy courses for their staff in bulk.

"With eLearning [people] can study at a time and place that suits them, and do not need to take time out of their schedule to attend," explains the RLA's training manager, Kitty Speakman.

"And of course, lower overheads mean that we are able to offer these courses at very competitive prices."

"The introduction of the new system will make training with us easier, faster and more enjoyable, with the rebranded pages also designed to be easier on the eye," she says.

You can see more information about the Training Academy here, and the RLA is broadcasting a webinar on the new system on Thursday September 6.
