Renters Reform Bill to dominate free webinar for agents

Zoopla has announced it’s hosting its quarterly market update next Wednesday, June 14, to discuss how agents can keep their business succeeding for the rest of the year. 

Hosted by Zoopla’s executive director of research, Richard Donnell, the webinar is described by the portal as “a must-attend for all agents thinking about how they approach the second half of 2023 and beyond.”

Topics that will be covered in the webinar include the outlook for the private rental sector in the face of government changes and higher mortgage rates; regulation, the industry and consumers; and the right strategy for the sales market now.

Donnell will also be sharing tips and best practice for agents to succeed for the remainder of the year. Following feedback from agents who attended the last market update, there will also be an extended 15-minute Q&A at the end of the webinar.  

Nikki Cole, director of national sales at Zoopla says: “The housing market is defying the gloomier predictions we saw earlier this year with a surge of sellers entering the market as market confidence improves. The discussions I’m having with agents at the moment are largely focused around the wider industry with topics like mortgage rates and regulation front of mind for many. We’ll be discussing this and much more next week.”
