One of the longest standing and best known lettings agencies in the south east has opened a new office in Esher.

Curchods says this expansion marks a significant milestone in its bid to strengthen its presence in Surrey.

The office will be headed by Shoeni Oates who brings what the agency calls “a wealth of expertise in lettings within the prestigious enclaves of Elmbridge and South West London. Her commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure both landlords and tenants receive unparalleled support throughout their rental journey.”

Oates herself says: “With a deep understanding of the property market and a successful record of delivering exceptional service, my team and I are committed to providing local expertise and personalised attention.”

And Adam Lockett, director of lettings for the firm, adds: “We are thrilled to open our doors in Esher, offering tailored lettings solutions that reflect our dedication to quality and reliability. Shoeni is well-placed to lead this expansion, and shares our ongoing commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our clients and enhancing the rental experience across Surrey.”
