Independent lettings firm snapped up by fast-growing franchise operation

Edward Rose Property Group, a Your Move franchise partner, has acquired an independent agency.

It’s purchased established lettings agency Devon Rose in Dawlish.

The business will continue to trade as Devon Rose during a transition period before rebranding to Your Move Edward Rose.

The acquisition sees Edward Rose Property Group take on around 560 landlords, including 360 on a fully managed service.

The business was acquired from Julie and Nick Spayne, who are retiring. Its three other staff remain in place. 

A spokesperson for Edward Rose Property Group says: “This is another exciting step for us.  

“Devon Rose has built a fantastic reputation locally, and we’re pleased to be able to continue that legacy while bringing the additional support and scale of the Your Move network”.

The is the fifth deal Edward Rose Property Group has undertaken with the support of LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s Assisted Acquisitions team.
