The Leeds- and Manchester-based North Property Group is opening a base in London.
NPG was founded by Oli Banks and Tim Coen in 2017 and focuses mainly on buy to let investment property; it offers what it calls “a holistic end-to-end service” from property acquisition to tenant management and exit strategies.
The new office, opening in February, will be in Shoreditch.
Banks says: “Our mission is to become the preferred choice for both UK and international clients seeking secure and profitable buy-to-let assets in the UK property market. We appreciate the trust our clients have placed in us as we expand, and look forward to providing the same exceptional service across property in London.
“This expansion marks a significant milestone for us. The opening of our new office will take our operation to four offices, spanning Leeds, Manchester, and now London. With a current staff headcount of 52 dedicated professionals, our London expansion will propel us to a team of 70 plus, a testament to our commitment to growth.”
In the past six years the agency has sold over 2,000 off-plan investment properties and it currently manages 800 apartments with assets under management in excess of £200m.
