Savills reveals new lettings chief in prime commuter hotspot

High end lettings agency Savills has appointed a new head of residential lettings for its offices in Beaconsfield and Amersham.

Daniel Spratley has more than 10 years’ experience within the rental sector, having previously worked for over two years the lettings team at Savills Beaconsfield and for various agents across London including Strutt and Parker, John Wilcox and Co and R Whitley and Co.

He says: “It’s a real privilege to take the next step and to lead our teams in Beaconsfield and Amersham. The rental market in South Bucks continues to be very active – with strong demand in particular for family homes close to lots of amenities and within a short distance of train services into London.

“We are fortunate to have a very strong team covering the whole of South Bucks and I’m excited to have an opportunity to shape this further.”
