The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) says more self-managing landlords are seeking help to cope with the Renters Rights Act.
In a statement to shareholders ahead of the group’s AGM it says there are “encouraging levels of enquiries” from landlords wanting professional help with compliance and property management.
And it describes this as “an attractive medium-term growth opportunity for the group’s franchise network.”
More broadly TPFG says it continues to trade in line with expectations, supported by a “resilient, highly cash generative model with substantial recurring revenues”.
It continues: “Strategic progress across the platform, including recent acquisitions and investments, is strengthening capabilities and broadening exposure across the property ecosystem.
“The Board remains confident in the group’s long-term positioning and growth opportunities.”
TPFG consists of Belvoir, CJ Hole, Country Properties, Ellis & Co, EweMove, Fine & Country, Hunters, Lovelle, Martin & Co, Mr and Mrs Clarke, Mullucks, Newton Fallowell, Nicholas Humphreys, Northwood, Parkers, The Guild of Property Professionals and Whitegates.
