Rightmove is staging a webinar today, promising practical guidance on setting, reviewing and managing rents in line with the new rules.

Running from 10am until 11am it marks the return of industry expert David d’Orton-Gibson, who will share insights to help agents approach rent setting with greater confidence and clarity.

  • How to handle tenant requests to change rent payment dates

Rightmove says the session is designed to support agents looking to strengthen their understanding of the new rules while continuing to deliver a consistent and professional service to landlords and tenants.

Jason Charles, Head of Education at the portal, adds: “The Renters’ Rights Act has changed how rents are set, reviewed and managed, and agents need to feel confident navigating these new expectations day to day.

This webinar is designed to give clear, practical guidance on some of the areas agents are being asked about most, helping them approach change with clarity and consistency.”
