An agent with 10 years experience in the industry, including as a lettings director, has joined the Harding Green self-employed brokerage.

Olivia Highwood has joined Harding Green as Lettings Operations Director.

Her industry experience includes, most recently, holding the role of Head of Lettings and Property Management at LCP Private Office.

She says of her new job: “It is such an exciting time of rapid growth for the company and as an innovative and tech-driven business, it is very well positioned to navigate an ever-adapting market.

Having gained ten years of lettings experience working for both estate agencies and as a Senior Manager for a luxury property investment company, I hope to use my strategic and applied knowledge to propel the lettings side of the business.
