The loc8me agency has appointed a new chief operating officer to spearhead its growth.
The appointment follows sustained expansion for loc8me, which now manages almost 10,000 student bedrooms across 19 university cities.
Wesley Brown’s appointment marks the latest investment in loc8me’s long-term growth strategy and reflects the company’s ambition to become the UK’s leading student accommodation provider.
He says: “I am delighted to have joined loc8me at such an exciting point in its journey.
“The business has experienced significant growth in recent years, which is only possible because of the fantastic people across our 19 locations and Head Office. The culture of hard work, dedication and commitment to delivering excellence for both our tenants and landlords is clear to see, and I am proud to now be part of that team.
“As we look to the future, our focus will be on continuing to strengthen our position as a market leader within the HMO sector. We will achieve this through operational excellence, streamlined processes and scalable systems that support both continued growth in our existing cities and expansion into new locations.
“Our commitment remains simple: to provide landlords with a professional, hassle-free service that adds value to their assets, while continuing to deliver an outstanding experience for our tenants.
“By investing in our people, processes and customer experience, we will continue to build on loc8me’s strong reputation and position as the go-to provider in the HMO market.”
Founder of loc8me, Raffaele Russo, adds: “His appointment further strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our landlords, students and partners, while helping us realise our long-term vision for loc8me.”
