Enhanced lettings leads from Rightmove are now integrated with CRM system Alto. 

The portal says enquiries from prospective tenants come pre-qualified with additional information. 

Leads contain additional information such as applicant affordability, when the tenant will be ready to move in, and who they plan to rent with.

A statement says: “The integration with Alto means that the thousands of agencies and daily users who utilise the CRM system can now receive and manage their enhanced leads directly within the platform, in real-time. 

“Agents can also begin the process of running a free soft credit check on a potential applicant from directly within Alto.”

It follows integrations with other CRM systems last year.

A portal spokesperson says: “We’re really excited to announce the onboarding of Alto, a natural next step to make sure our enhanced leads feature is integrated, making the lives of letting agents much easier. 

“It’s been a smooth process working with the Alto team and we’re looking forward to working together in the future.”
