A lettings agency team has passed its qualifications in a deal with a local college.

The team at Dawsons Estate Agents in Swansea successfully completed their Level 2 qualification in Letting and Managing Residential Property (chartered Institute of Housing), delivered in partnership with Gower College in the city.

The programme represents a first for both organisations, with Dawsons becoming the first agency to collaborate with Gower College Swansea on this qualification.

A statement from the agency says: “As the property sector continues to evolve, ongoing training and development remain a key priority for Dawsons.

“By investing in their people, the company ensures its teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional service to clients.”

Kristian Davies. lettings operations director of Dawsons, comments: “We are incredibly proud of our team for this achievement. In an industry that never stands still, it’s so important that we continue to learn and grow.

“This qualification is a reflection of the hard work and commitment our team show every day, and we’re excited to continue building on this partnership with Gower College Swansea.”

Dawsons and Gower College Swansea have expressed enthusiasm to continue the partnership for future lettings agency cohorts.
