There are exactly two weeks to go until Propertymark One, when professionals from across the industry will come together at ExCeL London.

This year’s event has officially sold out its exhibition space, with over 80 suppliers confirmed to showcase the latest tools, services and innovations shaping the future of the sector.

Headline speakers include Angela Rayner MP in a live political question and answer session on housing policy and reform; and from the Consrvatives, Shadow Chancellor Sir Mel Stride giving insights into economic direction and property taxation.

Apprentice star Karren Brady will discuss leadership, business growth and high-performance strategy, Daisy McAndrew looks at political analysis and market commentary, and Lara Lewington will debate the impact of AI and technology on the future of business.

With dedicated Sales and Lettings stages, practical business sessions, compliance updates, market forecasts and the sector’s largest exhibition space, Propertymark One is described by the trade body as “built to deliver actionable takeaways agents can put into practice immediately.”

Propertymark is encouraging agents not to miss out, with final tickets now remaining. Company Advantage members can also access their tickets as part of their membership package.
