The ESTAS has launched a new AI-powered feature designed to help agents turn customer service records into new business opportunities.

The new-look Agency Profile page uses AI to give prospective vendors and landlords a bespoke, real-time summary of an agent’s customer service performance over the previous 12 months.

Rather than asking consumers to work through individual reviews to understand what previous clients think of an agency, the technology brings together the agent’s verified customer feedback and provides an instant summary of their service record which is updated in real time as new reviews are submitted.

The aim is  to make it easier for potential clients researching an agent to understand the experience they can expect, while helping agencies make more of the customer reviews they already collect.

Each Agency Profile is linked directly to the ESTAS Review widget displayed on the agent’s own website, giving prospective clients access to a more detailed picture of the agency’s verified end-of-transaction ratings.

For agents operating in competitive local markets, the development provides another way to demonstrate service quality at the point when a prospective vendor or landlord is deciding who to instruct.

It doesn’t ask agents to create additional marketing content or spend more time managing their online reputation.

The AI works with the verified customer feedback already being collected through the ESTAS platform.

ESTAS founder Simon Brown says: “We are committed to ensuring we only use AI when it adds real value to the client/agency experience of our platform. This new feature gives ESTAS agents another advantage when attracting potential vendors and landlords without adding to their already busy workload.”
