One of the south west of England’s largest independent agencies, Stags, is to list on Zoopla.

Stags has what it describes as “25 offices and locations” across Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.

Announcing the three year deal, Stags partner Lee Flay says: “As a valuation-led business, generating quality opportunities and securing instructions is central to what we do.

“Zoopla’s strength in delivering high-quality valuation leads was a key factor in our decision to partner with them. Their continued investment in their platform and product offering aligns with what we look for in a marketing partner, while their strong presence in London provides valuable exposure to those considering a move to the South West.

“We are pleased to be working with Zoopla and look forward to leveraging their expertise and reach to help connect our clients with the right buyers and tenants, while supporting the continued growth of our business.”

Earlier this week Zoopla produced an upbeat assessment of its financial position, saying it had shown a £20.7m profit in 2025.

However, it declined to say how many agencies remained listing on its portal.

Zoopla chief executive Paul Whitehead says of the new deal: “Stags is one of the South West’s largest agent and their decision to partner with us for the next three years is a strong endorsement of our valuation strength and the quality of leads we deliver.

“We’re delighted to welcome them back and are focused on working closely with the Stags team to deliver a strong return on investment.

“This new partnership is one of many for Zoopla and further evidence of the momentum we are building and the value we are delivering to industry who are increasingly focused on value for money rather than headline traffic volumes.

“Zoopla is the UK’s number one platform for home valuations and has a large and growing audience of homeowners looking to move which is becoming an increasingly valuable source of new instructions for agents.”
