Two childhood friends who moved from Lithuania to London have been promoted to lead two of the capital’s busiest lettings branches.

Inga Nair has been promoted to branch manager at Felicity J Lord in Canary Wharf while Auguste Didvalyte has taken on the same role in Greenwich.

The pair became friends at school, moving to the UK in 2011 and working in various roles before joining Felicity J Lord and climbing the ranks.

Inga says: “When we came to the UK, the plan was to stay for just one year. We never imagined we’d still be here 15 years later leading our own branches! I’m incredibly proud of what Auguste has achieved, and it’s been special to share that journey together.

“My focus now is continuing to grow the Canary Wharf branch, building a strong team and ensuring we deliver exceptional service for landlords and tenants.”

Auguste adds: “Starting a new life in another country can be daunting, so having a close friend alongside me made a huge difference both personally and professionally.

“Plus, the social side has definitely been a bonus. Company events are simply more enjoyable when you get to share them with your best friend!

“A big part of my progress, I believe, has come from working in one of the busiest branches in the company, which has naturally pushed me to learn quickly and adapt under pressure. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you have to stay organised, focused and ready to deal with a constant flow of tasks and clients.”

Mariella Petralia, area director, commented: “Inga and Auguste’s story reflects the opportunities available within Felicity J Lord and the wider Spicerhaart business.

“They joined with ambition, worked hard, embraced development opportunities and have both earned leadership roles in key London locations.”
